Nick mendoza is an excellent realtor! The whole process was very smooth and actually easier than our first experience with a previous company trying to purchase a home. Nick went above and beyond to meet all of our wants and needs. He was always available 24/7 and always had knowledgeable answers. Nick always made sure to do things in our best interest. There was never a moment we felt pressured by him to just make a sale, he truly invest’s in his clients and that’s why people keep coming back. He worked with us through out the whole process and was really patient with us even though we kept looking for that one special house. He was always responsive and very punctual to all of the showings. We couldnt have asked for anyone better than him and his team. Words aren’t enough to express how grateful we are for Jonathan throughout our home purchase! From start to finish he was thorough, meticulous and professional. From working with our out-of-whack work schedules to keeping us informed on every single step. We made one phone call and within a matter of weeks we were moving into our first home. Jonathan sees his clients as people, not just dollar signs. We dealt with other realtors who were less than caring about our process. With every home we were shown, Jonathan was well versed in the layout, the history, the seller details and the repairs required, if any. Highly professional and truly do care about getting you the house you actually want and not just trying to boost their numbers. Tania was kind and caring and didnt get flustered when i kept asking millions of questions. And, she worked with my schedule and went out of her way to show me houses at all different times.
