More than 5 stars!!My wife and I had the best experience working with Tim on the sale of our home in Carrollton in 2019. He was attentive, considerate and thorough and worked hard to ensure we were able to sell quickly, but for the price we thought our home was worth!I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to sell their home in Dallas, or buy a home, as I know they will be well taken care of!

Working with Tim on buying our first home was such an amazing experience.He was extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, kind, reliable, and patient. He did way more work that we expected him to do, he was always prepared, he was flexible, he was a good coach, and ultimately became a great friend through the end of it. Hes just that kind of person. He makes it look easy.It also goes to mention that the team that he surrounds himself with are all premium tier client service experts and we loved working with all of his business partners. This provided a lot of value to the over all experience.We went under contract more than once before we closed on a house and he got us through a very complicated, stressful situation that involved a lot of consideration of risk. He performed very well in this situation and made us feel safe and composed throughout the stressful time. In the end, he persevered after the first contract did not work out and got us into our picture perfect first home shortly there after.I also think its worth mentioning that the later half of our hunt was during the COVID-19 crisis. It was just another complication that Tim handled extremely well and made us feel taken care of.We highly recommend Tim Williams as your next real estate agent.

Tim is amazing! I started working with him right after New Years and closed on my house by the end of the month! He is a great listener and is excellent at finding the house that meets your must haves. First time buyers cannot go wrong with him!
