It was just by chance that my wife and I were introduced to Tim Brookshire.My wife and I happened to be in Nacogdoches visiting the university with our son. We found a property that we liked on Zillow and expressed interest. Within minutes, Tim reached out to us and agreed to meet us at the house.We really liked the house as an investment property and agreed to make an offer. Although, due to the inspection we walked away from that deal, Tim remained supportive of our goals. He helped us identify new properties and stayed by our side and in constant communication with us as we tried to navigate the market remotely. Fortunately, and through Tim’s guidance and support, a month or so later, my wife and I were able to close on 2 properties in one afternoon.As we move forward from transitioning our lives from North Dallas to East Texas, we are so fortunate and grateful to have found Tim Brookshire as a partner who has earned our complete and unwavering trust.
