Shout out to Tim Angel as a REAL,One of a Kind, REALTOR! I knew of Tim back when he was teaching some of our kids violin…um, check him out if you haven’t as he is an amazing violinist!!! With life changes he moved into Real Estate as a Realtor and seems to have an edge amongst his peers with his knack for virtual listings, check him out yourself if you don’t believe me! Tim patiently waited until I woke up one day and called him on the house I actually bought, I told him when I know I’ll know trust me and full steam ahead we went! But what’s even more amazing is that Tim heard my story of how I got to the point of wanting a new home BUT why I had somewhat delayed getting my other home ready to sell. Tim is fabulous. I ran him around the greater DFW area for months. He always indulged my need to see all the houses. We had to have looked at at least 40. He answered all my questions and was there for us every step of the way. We ended up buying a new build that he had suggested about 3 months prior. It just took me a while to come around. Hes really a full service agent. I couldnt recommend him enough!! He will definitely take care of you.

Musicians are among the most detail-oriented, patient people on the planet. They spend hours a day practicing and perfecting their craft. They pay attention to the most minute details in the music and strive their best to recreate them—time after time—in performance. They work tirelessly to create something beautiful and meaningful for the enjoyment of others. Tim doesn’t just have a college degree, he has three of them. The amount of work and dedication it takes to get a doctoral degree in music shows a person who will work diligently toward a goal. I know quality, I love music, and I understand real estate—I am also a professional violinist and previously worked as a realtor and real estate broker/owner.When my husband and I started looking for a second home in Fort Worth a couple of years ago, we weren’t really sure what we wanted. We weren’t even completely sure we wanted to buy in Fort Worth. Tim patiently showed us properties in many locations, never pushing us to make a decision or trying to influence us in any way—he simply provided information and answered questions. As a “recovering realtor” myself, I know how hard it is to show properties not knowing if there’s a sale coming at the end…ever. And of course realtors don’t get paid until a sale closes.
