Guys, when I say our realtor Ticia went above and beyond, I mean she blew our minds! As total newbies, my wife and I were nervous wrecks about buying our first place. But Ticia made us feel so at ease every step of the way.Her knowledge of the ins and outs of home buying is incredible. And that woman works hard, yall! She mustve shown us around 20 different homes before we found the one. And get this — fierce negotiator Ticia worked her magic to get that baby under asking price AND scored us the fridge, washer and dryer for free! Whaaaat?!Not only did Ticia negotiate an honest deal, but her sincerity and kindness made this entire wild ride actually feel fun. She answered every text and phone call with so much patience and reassurance. Accommodating those late evening home viewings throughout the week.
