They referred me to Lender Express Mortgage, where the Loan Officer took care of everything on the loan side and was always available for a phone call when I needed to get in contact. Instead of just forcing me into a home and signing papers like builders do, makes your head spin. The Zachary Team really took the time to listen and follow up. Very professional and knowledgeable and organized. They were able to deliver and have all closing costs paid by the seller! Makes me want to buy another house just to hang out with them again. It is hard to explain how much Kristina and Gabriel have helped me with my move to San Antonio. I had connected with them while still in Illinois, as they had listed a house I was interested in. I was too late to get that house, but Kristina and Gabriel helped me with a Rental I found via the MLS Search they set up for me, even though they normally dont work with Rentals.I ended up calling on them for help a couple of times, as I had to go back to Illinois after the Lease was signed. They cheerfully helped me through these issues, and they did it on their own personal time.These two are really wonderful people, and they have really become friends. They have repeatedly reached out to me during all stages of my moving process, and continue to do so. I feel I am a person to them, not just a Real Estate Transaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really went above and beyond for me!

Now I’m not a person to give reviews unless it’s really worth the time to write one up, but The Zachary Team really went above and beyond my expectations!!!Gabriel and Kristina paid so much attention to details with what my family and I were looking for in a home, that when they showed us homes we were surprised some even had exactly what it was we were looking for! I mean, down to the smallest things, they found them.Gabriel’s professionalism really shown when we met up to tour homes and asked questions that would’ve flown over my head. He really had all of his corners covered and aces up his sleeves. Kristina’s house hunting skills are dead on (She’s definitely the brains of the operation haha). She pulled up homes that fit exactly what we said we wanted almost as soon as we were done telling them.Now, despite how scarce the market is at the moment, they found us a beautiful community where my family and I can call home and that fit our budget.I would highly recommend them to everyone because of their knowledge, professionalism and overall care they gave and continue to give to us. They helped us find our first home and we couldn’t be more happier!

Simply Gabe and Kristina are just the best. They didn’t just help us within San Antonio, TX their services went even cross country, when we were moving to San Francisco, CA they gave us tips and tricks about living in the bay area (which was very helpful by the way) and introduced us to our current realtor.They event went beyond that on our moving day from TX to CA, they were there for us helping with the packing and loading the truck. Even when some stuff didn’t fit in the truck, we left them behind and they shipped them to us later.For us Gabe and Kristina are Family, thanks for everything ❤️
