Carla Wade has represented me in more than a dozen real estate transactions... selling, buying, renting... you name it we have done it! All I can say is that she is knowledgeable, trustworthy and has ethics second to none. I have participated in transactions where she was on both sides of the transaction - representing both the seller and buyer. She handled each client with the respect and confidentiality as if they were her only priority. Her children exemplify that same integrity in how they treat their clients. You are in capable good hands with the Wade Team! Thats my story and Im sticking to it!

My husband and I were driving by an open house and I asked him to stop just to look at the house. When we went inside, the open house was over and Carla was cleaning up but she took the time to show us around the house anyway and talked to us more about what are goals were for a home said she would be glad to work with us. She was amazing the entire way though and showed us some great spots until we found what we wanted. She helped us with EVERYTHING from start to finish. If we ever move again, we will definitely be using them because we know we can count on them to show up for us and make the house buying process fun! Highly recommend! ✨

Ive known Carla for a very long time. Even though I hadnt seen her in years, I kept up with her on FB. When I decided to sell my house, I contacted Carla who I thought officed out of League City. Turned out her office was just outside my neighborhood.Carla got my home listed very quickly. Her daughter, Kari came to my home to take pictures for the listing and the photos turned out great! I had a contract on my home in a very short time. Carla went above and beyond to make the final negotiations work out for all parties involved. She is one of the best and I highly recommend her for buying or selling your home. Thanks again Carla and Kari.❤️

Carla does an amazing job if I get a place for people. We had a house fire and she helped to get a good rental house until we found a new house. She is a person you need if youre to sell a house or buy a house she was willing to listen to us what we wanted for the meantime until we found the house we moved into. If I need a good realtor or if anybody else does I always tell her about Carla. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Bottom line shell take good care of you if I got what you need and your price range. And weve become really good friends too. And another plus shes a big Astros fan. So go Astros!
