Elena is 5 stars all around! She’s on top of communication, which was huge for us given how quickly we needed to act due to a very competitive market. She was patient with us as we looked at MANY homes, some of which we passed on and others we offered but were outbid. Elena was generous in spending a few weeks helping us learn the ropes as first time buyers before we were ready to start making offers, which was incredibly helpful. She’s very transparent and we always felt she had our best interests in mind, whether it was structuring a fair offer while avoiding bad decisions, advocating for us in negotiations, or answering the hundreds of questions we had along the way. ANYBODY out there looking to buy or sell, Elena is your best possible choice and you will not be disappointed!

When we decided to sell our house our sister, a realtor in Kansas did research and found Elena for us. Within one day, Elena called us and we began the process of getting our house ready to sell. Within two weeks our house was ready and when we had our open house we had ten offers. We sold the next day at over $100,000 what we paid for our house. Elena was so good that we asked her to help us find a house with a pool. She was determined, reliable, and quick to help us find the perfect place. I am eternally grateful to Elena. If we ever decide to sell, we will not hesitate to call Elena!! She’s the BEST!!

Elena Sweetser is by far the best realtor i have had the pleasure of dealing with. When I purchased my first home, it was a nightmare. I felt rushed into finding a home by my previous realtor, and was made to believe the house I ended up buying was the right fit. I found shortly after, it was not. I decided to sell that house 2 years later, and I was even prepared to sell it at a loss. Elena was very patient with me, and my worries, That is putting it lightly. She had an amazing attitude that made me feel like I could be myself, and voice any concerns I had. She had someone show me how to set up my house to make it more appealing. She also made me feel very comfortable and at ease during the selling process. My house sold for over and I was ecstatic! Then it came time to buy a new house! I looked at so many houses! She never made me feel like it was to much, she was always there when I had question, or she was needed and it really didnt feel like she was doing her job. It felt like she truly wanted this for me and she loves what she does! I ended up getting a house just to find out the home owners association didnt allow vans with signage in the driveway. I felt defeated and heartbroken, not her fault but she took it upon herself, as a personal mission to make things right, and boy did she! She ended up finding me a house in a prime real-estate area, and was able to negotiate off market! It was more than I could have dreamed! I will never use another realtor and she is more than that to me now, we are friends and I mean that. I lean on her and her network of friends in different businesses for anything! I used her guys to remodel my house. I use her guys to mow my lawn. Anytime I have a need I turn to her first and she relishes the opportunity to help! She is a great realtor and I am blessed to call her my friend! I cannot recommend her enough because you get the total package! Dont think, just call her if you need a realtor!
