Well when can i start. First things first when I didn’t have any clue about anything, he was there. I thought it was kinda of idiotic since he’s a San Antonio realtor but I tried anyway and when I tell you it was like he’s here with me he was. Mr Solano was VERY knowledgeable from VA loans to what is a contract, since I’m a first time home buyer and I was confused on every level he was there text or call he even helped me out when my first agent almost had me paying almost 9k in closing costs. Me solano told me straight no that’s not how realtor’s do things after the questions me sending him what my realtor at the time sent me I found another one. He pushed and pushed on offering his services since he was in San Antonio he literally had a realtor on speed dial for me since I wasn’t the most knowledgeable in this. I found a realtor after searching and she wasn’t as engaged as he was and guess what he wasn’t mine. So if you are reading this stop and give him a chance I promise you; we are not even together but he helped me 100% from the contract, underwriting, and closing. I will be texting and calling him on my next property because I will know he won’t let me down 100 out of 100 recommended.
