As a mortgage broker and someone who works with many real estate agents, I can tell you that if your in or around the Houston area and you need a local perspective especially if you are moving from out of state, Kelli Semar is 1 of a kind! She knows her market very well and is the perfect agent for someone moving in from out of state. Kelli and I helped a gentleman move from Oregon to Texas in 2022 and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her again! She is a beautiful, trustworthy person and makes one of lifes biggest purchases a pleasure. We found this turtle on our lot, she almost stepped on him lol. I highly recommend Kelli. There is never any pressure to do things a certain way or to make decisions in haste and I love that!
