    We love The Sailing Team! Tamera is absolutely wonderful to work with. She really cares about her clients. Tamera helped us find our dream home.     Before my husband and I switched to these guys to help sell our house, we had our house on the market for 4 months and had not had any luck. We were tired of showing our house, felt defeated, and we decided to take it off the market. A day later, we get a call from Tamara, asking us if we want to try to sell our house again, and we ended up saying yes! Honestly by far, one of the best decisions we have ever made!! They were able to guide us with getting our house ready for selling again and helped us to feel comfortable during the whole process. After putting the house back on the market, it was sold within the first week!! They also helped us to find our dream house in the process and I felt that we got the best out of both the selling experience and the buying experience.We are so grateful and feel like we are now a part of the Sailing Team family, cant wait to use them again when we are ready to buy a new home!!

    I was in debt with my credit card > than $30,000, RV > $28,000, timeshare $15,000 and other assorted bills that dropped my bank account to 0 or in the red every two weeks. I worried about it but didn’t know what to do. Tamera Starke-Saling at Keller Williams took a hold of the issue and helped refinance my home. That allowed me to pay off all of my bills except for my car & house. Now I don’t worry at the end of the pay period about whether I’ll have enough money for groceries. I’m not kidding. I am forever grateful to Tamera & her team. When I decide to sell my home they will be the only realtor I would consider. Good people there. They are all about what the customer wants.
