Rich listed our house and worked hard to get it sold. Holding 2 open houses, a broker’s open house and sharing great photos of our property to allow buyers to see everything we had done over the years, all during a difficult rate environment and he was successful in getting the right buyer in the door. Then on moving day he was right there with us doing whatever he needed to do to help us get everything out, and had someone get the house cleaned. He’s a gem and we appreciate all he did for us.

I would give Nev Hewitt Patterson a 10 star rating if I could! This was the 5th house I have purchased in my lifetime and I must say Nev was the very best agent I have worked with. Nev found me my first home. It was new construction and didnt even have any photos online. Since we were first home buyers she pretty much held our hand the entire time and made sure we were informed and at ease. Our adventure begin earlier this year. You see we had been looking for rental property since November of 2021. We were frustrated so I went to google or safari and looked up Realtors in Grayson County and I found Stacy Ozuna. I called and begin asking asking questions why it was so hard to find a rental. She explained and then volunteered her services by trying to help me find a place. She also asked if I ever thought about buying. I told her it was on the table just wasn’t able to pull trigger on buying yet. Stacy went above and beyond sent rental properties and kept in contact with us. She was helping us not making any money. When it it came time to buy I chose her as my Realator and of course she didn’t disappoint. After we finally got approval she begin to help us look. I called the day I got the approval and went looking at houses the next day showing four and then the next day another four. We finally nailed down the house we wanted.
