From start to finish our team has been thoroughly impressed with how Laura operates and communicates for both sides. Laura and her team are absolutely amazing! I was selling my house and we had the most difficult buyer anyone has likely ever dealt with. I also had already relocated out of state for work. Laura was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She even helped with coordinating repairs that were needed on the house in my absence. When the buyer became increasingly difficult, Laura and her team stepped up and took control of the situation to get it resolved while keeping me updated the entire time. Laura and her group have been amazing and a real pleasure to work with. My family has bought and 9 years later sold a home with her. We relocated to Denton and she had the patience of a saint taking us all around North Texas to look at houses before finding the perfect house in Denton. She made both buying and selling a house as painless as it could possibly be. As an added bonus at Thanksgiving her and her team give out pies for the holiday. Laura was amazing to work with. We spent months looking at houses in a very difficult DFW market, and she helped us find one that was perfect for us. Laura’s focus was helping find the right place for us, not on finalizing a contract. She walked us through how to make competitive offers and showed us the right terms to include - which was critical to getting the house we wanted.What we appreciated most was how much time and consideration Laura put in to understanding us and the very specific features, layout, etc. we were looking for. We weren’t able to drive up and view all the houses that came up, but Laura was great on virtual tours. She looked at every house through our eyes and pointed out features that would work (or not work) for us specifically. We felt like we had someone on our side and with our interests in mind.We also appreciated how Laura kept our daughter at the forefront. Whenever we toured a house, Laura made sure to point out features that would be a good or bad fit for our daughter and really kept her engaged and centered in the whole process.

When we decided we were ready to buy a house, we asked around town to see who we should contact as a realtor, and Laura and her team were recommended by many people. We had done a lot of research prior to starting the process, but our realtor Autumn brought so much more knowledge than we ever could have found on our own. The Denton market is pretty crazy right now, and Autumn helped us pound pavement to see mulitiple houses every week. She also helped us to find a lender that would work as hard as she does to ensure our bids were put together quickly and submitted so we could compete with the big investors. As new home buyers her expertise, advice, and tenacity were the key to us finding our first home. After we had an offer accepted and signed closing paperwork, Autumn was always available to ask questions, and helped us ensure that all the items in the contract were met to our satisfaction. We love our new home, and we couldnt have done it without them!

Selling a house could be a tough task especially when you wanted it to go so badly and quickly but when you have the right, knowledgeable and professional agent like Laura, you will not only sell the house but will also maximize good profit. Laura is amazing. She ensured that our home was sold over the market value. Although the journey to achieving this feat was difficult as we tried several times to sell the home, but she helped us in terms of giving us options for renting the home which we aren’t thinking to do, and she put it up for rent in which she did a really good job in getting us good clients that rented the home for good two years. While the tenants were staying at the home, she continues to review the market to determine the right time to sell alongside. Comes 2021 July she sealed a great deal we never foreseen. She’s a fighter and she saw through the finish line with the sale of our home. My family is grateful to have met this amazing professional lady.

Very responsive and helpful, even with us being out of town. Omg I cannot say how awesome this group of ladies is! Kay assisted me in finding me my beautiful craftsman home in Gainesville -in my preferred area for under my max(a surprising feat as homes are going for 60k-100k or more over my max of 140k) we went all over to see homes(st.jo, bowie, Argyle,Gainesville etc) and I finally found my home! So excited to make it my own!
