Tim and the Lockhart team is passionate about helping people. As a real estate investor, I can tell you that Ive worked with countless realtors and tim lockhart and his team are in the top 1% of realtors out there IMO. The level of knowledge and experience they bring to the table when marketing and purchasing properties in north Texas is unmatched. Tim, I estimate has personally saved me about $174,000 on deals over the 8 years Ive worked with him.

Tim was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have around during the stressful time of buying a home. Hes been in the business a while, understands whats important for a house, VA requirements, and what matters if youre looking for an investment as well. His patience, understanding, and encouragement (he also was not pushy on suggesting a pricier home but rather a better fit to my needs) made the home buying process as a first time home buyer way less stressful. I was grateful to have Tim on my team.

Tim did a great job of selling our house in Wichita Falls. He does more than just put it on the internet. He actively tries to sell it. For example, an interested buyer wanted to install a gas stove, but was concerned on the cost of getting a gas line. Tim called a local contractor out and got the buyer an estimate the same day. He was also quick to answer my questions and return phone calls and emails.
