We listed our home with the Lile team in 2018 due to a cross country relocation. Adam and Kirsten made us feel so comfortable and confident as they carefully explained the process and options for listing. Adam and Kirsten truly provide a professional tandem. I am the executor of an estate and live 3.5 hours from Plano. I needed to sell a nice house which was overrall in good shape but needed some updates to maximize the sale value. I do not have contacts for contractors, nor professional knowledge to identify what updates should be done to the house in that area to for the house to be more marketable and to increase the value of the house by more than the cost of the updates, nor the ability to oversee the contractors and updates.Adam did an excellent job in handling the brokerage side to assess the value, market the house, and assist with contract negotiations and the entire process. But the huge bonus is to have Kirsten who is knowledgeable and has an eye for design and, in collaboration with Adam, worked with me to determine what updates to make. She then made the selections of all update materials for me to review and approve, lined up the contractors whom they have relationships with and confidence in, and oversaw the entire update process while coordinating with me while I sat in my house. The results: I received 6 offers within a few days of listing and entered a contract, as well as a back up contract, both substantially above asking price. We closed less than 3 weeks from signing the contract, all while mortgage rates were still high and the market had softened.I highly recommend them to anyone.
