We recently had a fantastic experience with The Kocher Team on both sides - purchasing and selling a home. Wendye assisted us with the purchase of a new construction home that was ready for move-in. We previously had purchased two other new construction homes without the assistance of an agent, and we quickly saw the advantages of having her on our side to navigate the process and communicate with the builder and his agent. Wendye made the entire process stress-free and was readily available for questions that came up during the process. Once we were under contract, Wendy connected us with Tiffany to assist in listing our current home. Tiffany was equally as fantastic to work with; she coordinated photos of our home, the open house, and helped us navigate the listing process and eventually negotiating once we received an offer. We are just beginning our process of getting our older house ready for sale. Andre came out and walked through the whole house and yard. He took the time to listen to me and to make suggestions of where he thought we could invest a little on renovations and improve our sales price. There were a few things that I suggested that he did not feel would get us a better price and visa versa. But we were pretty much on the same page on what prep needs to be done to the house.We had 4 realestate agents from different companies come out. We had everything from Sell it to a flipper for less than the tax value, (half of the Zillow estimate) to Put carpeting over the hardwood floors, remove the granite countertops, and sell it for 1.5 times the Zillow estimate. Andre estimated we could probably get a bit above Zillow for the renovations we both agreed would make the house nicer.Andre also had more selling options than I knew existed. I thought you just put it on the market. I had never heard of putting the house up for sale, but with the contingency that we could stay for X amount of time or that you could do a limited market so you are not inundated before you are finished.Andre was also the only realestate agent who followed my instructions of Please text me. That was the first star in his favor.

We met our buying agent, Angela, through a Zillow request to view a home in June 2021. She met us and was so kind and professional, and quickly caught our vision - we knew we desired to move to the north Fort Worth suburbs from a little island in Washington just outside of Seattle... but we didnt know if it would be 6 weeks or 6 months! Angela stayed in contact with us and was so easy to communicate with, helping us narrow down our ideal location. Once we were back north, we asked her if we could primarily use text/email as that works best for my husband and she made it effortless to stay in contact with her as we browsed the listings she sent us and considered this Big Move.By late July, we were ready to move forward, and she showed us multiple homes via FaceTime; again, taking the time and effort to make this huge cross-country move as seamless and easy for us as possible. She coached us through a mineral-rights clause that popped up in the deal and made sure that we had access to the best resources (title attorneys and more) for making decisions we could be absolutely confident in. Without her on our side, we would not have been able to move quickly in a hot housing market to secure our dream home from 2,000 miles away!We feel as though we completely lucked out in landing with Angela and the entire Kocher Team. We have been working with the Kocher’s since 2010 when we purchased our first rental property. They helped us navigate our way through fixing up the property to renting it out. They have helped us find contractors to do many of the jobs that need to be done before renting the property.We went on to purchase 3 more rental properties through 2013. Every time a tenant moves out the Kocher’s are there to rent out the property. They are very efficient at assisting us with pricing our rentals and listen to us if we disagree. We always come to the right amount and our properties typically rent very quickly.We highly recommend the Kocher team if you’re looking at buying a house for yourself or want to get into investment properties.

When it was time to buy our first home, Amy helped us virtually toured approximately 14 homes. They delivered on all fronts, including getting us an above asking price sale.
