Ive got several friends in the real estate business and Ive dealt with a few others in the past but Josh Holt is on a different level. Hes going to work tirelessly and professionally to make sure he finds you what you need. He was awesome to work with and sold our home quickly. Then he turned around and got us into an absolute dream home! There was no fuss or stress in waiting between selling and buying. Fantastic experience!

Wow! Josh made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Josh was professional and personal! He helped me every step of the way and explained everything so that I could actually understand. He made it possible for us to move into the perfect house in less than 2 months.

200% recommend. As a first time homebuyer and a single mom at that, I was nervous going into it and didn’t understand a whole lot on the process. Josh made it as easy as it could be and made it a very relaxing experience, if I didn’t understand something he was very diligent in explaining the process and what steps came next. If you want someone who will be honest with you the whole step of the way, and fight for you tooth and nail where needed and who will go above and beyond, this is definitely your best choice by far. It’s hard to find good honest people these days, this one was an easy choice and the smartest choice I ever made. I absolutely LOVE where I’m at now and have a place I can finally call my own.
