Working with the Hardin Team was wonderful! They were very flexible and always made time for us. We feel like Justin really understood our goals for buying a house and was honest if he felt like a house wasn’t meeting those goals, or if he felt like we weren’t excited about the house. Our closing experience was a bit hectic due to extenuating circumstances, but Justin was very calm and cool riding the punches with us and helping us navigate it all. Through the whole process, we could tell they really care about our family and our future.

Justin and Alexia Hardin, Realtors, (The Hardin Team) with Keller Williams Realty were absolutely fabulous with selling our home and our additional 1/2 acre. Justin came out to Joshua, a small town, visited with us and got all the information and gave us wonderful advice. When we were ready to sell Justin was so patient and prepared us in detail. He ask us what we liked about living in the country. He wrote the best posting of a house I have ever read or seen. Justin sold our 1/2 acre in 3-4 days. He sold our house on the other 1/2 acre in 10 days. He did an amazing job. Alexia kept us posted on all documents to sign and coordinated showing with complete respect for our privacy and time. We are so grateful for The Hardin Team and would recommend them to anyone that wants confident and expert realtors.

The Hardins were as flexible throughout the process as much as I needed them to be. The process of selling my house was explained precisely, no pressure and no sugar coating. I really liked the showings app. It was very convenient to choose what day and time so I could juggle my schedule without dropping a ball. The offers coming in were explained so that Im sure I chose the very best one.
