We had the pleasure of working with Dillar on our first home purchase when moving to Austin. After interviewing a few Realtors, we chose to work with Dillar because of her extensive experience representing both Buyers and Sellers, knowledge of the Austin market, and her willingness to work in our best interest during the negotiation period.Our experience with Dillar has been fantastic! As an inexperienced Buyer, she was able to answer lots and lots of questions I had for her, while guiding me through the steps of a real estate transaction. Dillar was fun to go house-hunting with, but is also knowledgeable and serious when its time to make to make an offer and negotiate with the seller. I felt well represented during the negotiation process. Dillar also has extensive connections to inspectors, roofers, and other contractors that we were able to connect with quickly, when questions came up.All-in-all a great experience. I would highly recommend Dillar and her team.

Dillar has a great team of realtors. They helped me navigate the repairs, staging, and sale of my rental property.I worked closely with Jane who was positive and I could tell she had my back 100%. She taught some investment strategies along the way as well.Dillar helped me rein the costs of my repairs and showed me what should and should not be repaired and/or updated. She knows what buyers are looking for and doing unnecessary upgrades are useless sometimes.After the home was finished they staged the home and sat through several open houses until they found us a buyer. It was not easy but Dillar made the deal happen and we are happy that we picked this team to work with.I will be recommending them to anyone that I know that needs to sell or buy and will use them in a heartbeat if I need to do the same

We were casually looking for a property that we could buy for my in-laws that moved to the Ausitn area and have been living in a small apartment since late 2021. The goal was to buy it as a long-term investment property for us, but also allow us to secure my in-laws living situation and expenses as they age and live on a fixed income. Our criteria was pretty strict, it needed to be relatively close to our house, which is in a premium priced area and made the search very difficult, single story with the ability to easily adapt it for accessibility needs, and big enough to give them plenty of space, but not so big that it is too much to keep up with. We stumbled upon a great house, right across the street from a sweet neighborhood park, 2-miles from our house, and 1-mile from their church. The 1950s built house needed some repairs to make it safe, comfortable, and livable, and since we were casually looking for a property, we didnt exactly have all of our ducks in a row.Dillar and her super helpful team were able to jump into action, lead us through the whole process of making an offer, negotiating a final sale price that allowed us room in our budget to also include the cost for repairs , line up financing, and receive some generous seller contributions, all while negotiating the sale through an estate, which added time and complexity to the transaction. In the end, we closed on the house 6-weeks after our first viewing, and are working on making the property move-in ready for my very excited in-laws. We cant thank Dillar and the whole team enough for their patience, hard-work, and professionalism. What could have easily been an overwhelming and nearly impossible task, ended up being a relatively easy process and the Dillar Group was the secret sauce!

With the market down, Dillars recommendation was to rent for 18 month and let this market recoup. She found a renter for the property and I will most definitely use her group when I do list the property. Highly effective, very professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Bo Dragicevic when I was looking to purchase my first house. I was a little intimidated because I had never bought a house and I did not know what was needed from me specially with paperwork and closing the deal. I felt very lost because of being a solo single woman buying a first house on my own.When I decided to work with Bo, he gave me confidence and listened to all my concerns. I wanted to buy a new or semi new house near downtown Austin and possibly with 2 bedroom minimum. I was very specific about the areas I did not want to live. Bo was very fast in working but also provided guidance and gave me confidence when I was trying to make a decision. Bo, found me a new build with 3 bedroom and only 20 minutes away from DT Austin. Bo worked with the contractors of the new build to ensure the house was getting completed but more importantly done the right way. I absolutely love to recommend Bo because I know he thought of my new house purchase as if I was his own daughter buying a house. At one point the project manager called me scared telling me to have my realtor (Bo) stop contacting them because they felt very pressured. Of course, I was happy about that because I knew Bo was looking for my best interest. The day of the closing I got cold feet and I will never forget Bo’s words: “ Martha think about this as your first investment home and if 3years from now you don’t like it or life happens you can always call me to help you sell it.” If you are looking for a realtor that looks for your best interest and continues to assist you even after closing your deal please work with Bo! He will not disappoint you on the contrary!

My roommate and I are finishing up college and needed a place to spend the next year and we had no idea how to go about finding a home.
