    Ryan was such an incredible help with the purchase of my house. He was with me the whole way from customizing my choices based on my wants and needs, to explaining realtor lingo so I could understand everything better, to closing on the house, and everything that goes in between such as negotiating and inspections. Heck, he even helped answer questions long after the closing to ensure I was doing the homestead papers correctly and even referred me a pest control company. 😆Ryan is simply the best and even though I didnt have the pleasure of working with anyone else on his team, I am certain that they must be just as amazing. Ive worked with other realtors before in Austin and those big city corporate guys just dont seem to care nearly as much as Ryan showed he did. If you want an amazing team behind you from A to Z on your house purchase, then call Derk and let him do the work!

    We have bought 3 houses in the last 6 years and Lamanda is by far the BEST realtor we have ever had!!! She figured out what we were looking for and helped us find it. She did not push us to settle on houses that were just not for us and helped us put in the best offer we possibly could over and over again until we had an offer accepted. Lamanda also advocated for us with our lender to make sure all the paper work was in order and helped make closing day a breeze!!! Just call them already!!!!

    Selling our home with The Derkowski Group was a positive experience from the day we listed until the day we closed. Both Derk and Lamanda are extremely professional, excellent communicators, and just simply know their stuff. Our home was marketed well with a top notch listing, then followed up with open houses that included Aggie ticket giveaways and online videos.     Ryan Derkowski is a excellent realtor! He knows his stuff! Ryan has been our realtor twice and I wont use anyone else. When my wife and I sold our house last year he made if very easy and took care of everything. I highly recommend him to anyone about to buy or sell a home.

    Ryan was very professional and friendly. He helped to keep our new build on schedule and find solutions to any problems that happened to come up during the process. In the end I am very thankful that we chose to use a realtor with our new build and thankful that it was Ryan to help us along the way.     Working with Lamanda exceeded any of our expectations! As a first time homebuyer, my sister and I were not familiar with the process, and Lamanda was always there to save the day! Lamanda is knowledgeable, understanding, honest, fun and extremely thorough. She really took care of us during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing! She even recommended us to the best lending agent, Trent Pride! It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range!     I have dealt with my share of real estate agents and this team is, by far, the best. I recommended them in 2019 to my mother who was moving to B/CS because I knew one of the agents and knew she was a professional in every respect. She was patient and worked well with my mom, who is very specific in her wants and needs in a home. LaManda worked with both our schedules, as my mom was moving from D/FW and couldnt always be in town. They found the perfect home for my mom, and then a year later, found the perfect place for us. They can do so much for both buyers and sellers. I highly recommend them.
