Loved working with Monica and Jarred! When we contacted them looking for a beach house, they were on it! Contacted them on a Friday afternoon and they made plans to show us houses on Saturday. Wrote up an offer for us that night. They responded quickly to my many questions throughout the process. So professional, friendly and helpful! I always felt they were on our side and had the same sense of urgency as I did. Im a Loan Officer and have worked with many Realtors in my 23 years in the business and Monica and Jarred are the best of the best! So glad I found them! We love our beach house and refer them every chance we get!

Jared and Monica not only are a great real estate team they are also very down to Earth. I met them and and instantly felt that I could trust them with the sale of my property. Very professional and always answered my calls no matter what time I called. Always had a smile and a kind word to say. I will definitely use them when it is time to make my next purchase. I contacted Jared and his wife about selling my beach property. It was raw vacant land. I’ve seen several surrounding properties that had been listed for probably years and hadn’t sold so I wasn’t very optimistic. They were able to sell my lots in less than 2 months. They are amazing! Very professional, answered all my questions, prompt, and just good people. Very happy with my experience and if I ever decide to buy in that area again, I’ll definitely give them a call.
