Amanda was up front and let us know the property will likely sit for months and may get some traction at the year end.Throughout the year, Amanda was very communicative and kept us informed. In late December we had an interested buyer. She provided proposals for their offer and a counter. We settled on a deal within days and the property has been sold.Amanda was engaged throughout the closing and kept us informed. Amy is beyond amazing. We had a VERY BAD experience with a previous realtor. When I met with Amy at the ranch she immediately made me feel at ease and know everything going forward was going to be so much better. She got her team on not only marketing the ranch very professionally but also got things fixed up at the ranch that had been neglected by the previous realtor. My wife and I had relocated out of state and listed the house and endured the bad experience. Amy took care of the ranch and selling it like it was her own home.
