If you’re looking for property Eric is the realtor to go to.My experience with Eric Martines was absolutely incredible. I had been looking for a property for a bit and every realtor i dealt with just seemed very nonchalant. For Example, they would have me look at a property and we wouldn’t talk for two days.When I got in contact with Eric the difference in experience was noticeable by just the way he spoke. We talked on the phone at 7:30 PM. The next day I looked at a property but I had to go into work so we couldn’t meet. On the third day we met and he gave me all the information about the property and the process and even things I had no idea about.He helped me put in an aggressive offer with the seller and he handled everything for me. In just a few days the offer was accepted and everything started moving the right way.Im glad my first experience with purchasing property was so positive and I would recommend him and the Barrientos Group to anyone.

OMG....Where do I begin? Since the day I filled out my application, nerves all over the place, they took care of me! Ms. Crespo was very hands on every step of the way and her range of knowledge and passion for her job in working for you, was unparalleled. I never felt lost or like I didnt know what was going on. I was always kept in the loop. Even when things didnt look good, Ms. Crespo kept pushing and fighting on my behalf. Lets just say I was a case to work with. LOL. And Mr. Barrientos....wow, what a guy. Very professional and also very knowledgeable. He really put on the gloves and got in the ring for me with the Lender as well as with the VA. I know him and the crew had a lot of long nights, phone calls and even fighting illnesses to get my loan approved and close on my new home. Highly Recommend! Ask for Real Estate Agent Gerald Memphin. He is a veteran who is extremely knowledgeable and will tirelessly serve your best interests. We were upside down after buying at the height of the housing bubble and no other local RE company or agent would help us out of it. They all said we would lose up to $20k out of pocket on the sale, or up to $1k/month if we rented it out. Gerald stepped up and explained creative seller financing options that no one else knew or were willing to explain to us. We quickly had a buyer and a cash profit from a sale that everyone else said would be a loss. He puts people before profits and we give him our highest recommendation! He is a trustworthy experienced professional. Thank you Gerald!

We were selling our house for the first time and Eric helped us walk through process and was very quick to communicate on any questions we had. He has an incredible network of your home has any repairs needed as part of the sale and they are very quick to come out and get started; from general contractor work to plumbing ,sprinklers, roof, and garage doors he had someone out within 24-48 hours. Outstanding tenacity coupled with comprehensive knowledge and awareness of the local market.We had very limited time to return to town, pack up our house, and move our belongings and family to our new location. Julian was up to the challenge and then some! Julian has a vast network of key people that cover any aspect of the home. First he suggested a cleaning Team who did an amazing job on an over 2400 sq ft home that not only we moved out of quickly, also had pets. Our house looked amazing when they finished. Next, he was to bring in a painter and a handy man who painted the full interior of the house and fixed some minor issues for well under half of what I had anticipated. Further, he completed this work exceptionally fast. By this time we needed the lawn mowed before taking pictures and Julian had a great contact to handle it. Julian’s photographer captured great pictures of the home for the website and even used a drone for some incredible shots of the property.After this it was on the market and off to the races. I was notified by text every time there was a showing – and there were plenty. We received an offer, and though I wanted to accept, Julian suggested that we counter. We did and earned more because of his suggestion. Throughout the next steps Julian’s advice was always spot on. There were some delays due to issues on the lender’s end and Julian worked hard to stay engaged with the buyer’s agent and the title company in order to keep me informed. I strongly recommend Julian to anyone buying or selling a home!

Sooo boom.I came to texas early January and by February 21st I’m a home owner at the age of 25. It was all thanks to the man Justin oaks and his team. I hit him up about a specific house and he told me the issues behind it.
