John Arcana and his team hired the BEST real estate photographer to take the listing photos. He worked diligently with other realtors to find a buyer. We had three offers on the first weekend! Thats when we had to quickly find another home to live in. We told him our budget and requirements and they found it. He gave us amazing advice about offer prices and negotiations. John worked with the other agent and worked it out so that we could close on both houses in the same day. No hotels. If we ever move again, zero hesitation, Calling John. For reference: He is the third realtor we have used to sell/buy homes. Last one we will use.
