We met Joey 16 years ago when we bought the house we are in now. Being self employed presents unique challenges and Joey navigated the process seamlessly. He has contacts from those who helped us secure a mortgage to contractors who make necessary repairs all the way through closing. About 6 or 7 years ago we bought a second house that we used as a rental and sold that house last year. Joey is professional, and after working with you for a little while, you will feel as though youve been friends forever. Joey is honest, trustworthy and comes highly recommended.

I really didnt know what I was getting myself into when buying a home for the first time. That being said, I couldnt of asked for a better agent than Joey at Texas Realty Exchange. Worked with Julie Patton. She was great and still is great. She has been there during everything. I highly recommend working with her. She does great on answering and questions you have and if she doesnt know she will find out. Great experience and would work with her again.
