I had the rather unfortunate experience of needing to buy a property and then sell it a year later, and Chelsea Matlock helped me with both. She is effective and adaptable representing each side of the transaction, and both transactions went completely smoothly. When I was a buyer, she helped me get offers in in a timely manner and guided us when we didnt get our first offer accepted and needed to change plans and pivot. When I needed to list the place later on, Chelsea personally came to take a look at the property and give me guidance on what to do and what not to bother with when it came to listing it. Within days she presented multiple offers to me and helped explain the pros and cons of each so that we knew we were making the most effective decision for our situation and getting our investment back when things didnt work out. If you need acreage in North Texas and want someone who knows what to look for (shes a horse gal and gets it) - Chelsea is your gal 110%.

Chelsea was absolutely amazing to work with. We started working with her almost 2 years ago when we started casually looking for our next property. Her work ethic is second to none. I don’t even know how many places we looked at but it was quite a few. She was extremely understanding when we kept saying no because she knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t want us to settle. When we found the place that we ended up purchasing, it wasn’t even on the market. Chelsea completely took the reins and handled the whole process making sure our best interests were top priority which we very reassuring. After we made the offer and it was accepted, she guided us step by step making sure we had everything taken care of all the way up to closing day. I really cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and Bailey. They are truly amazing people that work their tails off! HIGHLY recommend them!

Chelsea Matlock was a phenomenal agent! Her dedication to finding us our home was more than we ever expected. She was patient with us as we toured homes around the Granbury area. With our budget in mind, she was able to look at questionable issues in some of the homes we toured and provide completely honest feedback. Her judgment was priceless, we were unfamiliar with the many aspects and decisions involved in buying a home.Chelseas negotiation skills were also excellent. The home we selected for purchase came back with a lower than excepted appraisal price, Chelseas skills and hard work enabled us to get it raised to the need purchase price. Chelsea was always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. There was never any waiting around for her to respond and, in a competitive market, that was a very valuable thing to have in an agent. Our home had multiple offers so without her willingness to put in the extra work we would not been able to make the purchase.Overall, Chelsea is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to her clients. Chelsea Matlock is an amazing agent! She worked diligently to find a property that would meet our needs. She was very honest about properties and details she felt would cause an issue for us. Helping us every step of the way from answering questions to working through issues when the appraisal came back too low and other offers were on the table. She was determined to make it work and she did! She worked so hard to fix the appraisal and get us in our house. You will not find a harder working, kind, determined and diligent agent. She is on top of everything and still helps us today with things that come up. You will not find a better agent who will work harder for you!
