We could not have asked for a better experience. The biggest thank you to Justine Cornell - she did an AMAZING job with the sale of our home, even though our situation had a couple of unusual components. Just wanted to publicly acknowledge the excellent service I have been receiving from one of their agents, Lauren Bansemer, over these last two years for my home purchase in Austin.As an out-of-state buyer, Lauren has been indispensable on providing insights on the local real estate market as well as the various communities in-and-around Austin. She does an amazing job at understanding your personal needs and provides thoughtful recommendations on neighborhoods based on both present conditions as well as future prospects. Shes been a great resource on conveying what its actually like to live in a particular neighborhood and its atmosphere rather than just a list of facts on geographical location, nearby amenities, etc.Also, once my purchase was completed, Lauren guided me through the closing process and didnt hesitate to assist me with attending the pre-closing inspections since I wasnt able to attend personally.Overall, I would recommend Laurens services to anyone, especially if youre an out-of-state buyer who is completely unfamiliar with the real estate landscape in Texas, specifically in the Austin area.

Juston Martinez at Texas Ally Real Estate Group helped me sell my home in Austin during a crazy market. And he did it with patience, intelligence, and a very good knowledge of the market and his craft. Im a first time seller and buyer with no experience in real estate or what that entails. It was intimidating to find out exactly how much I didnt know about selling a property. Especially when I was expected to make big decisions about the largest deal in my lifetime so far. Added to that was the anxiety of not knowing who to trust with doing the work to get this deal done. Justons energy and enthusiasm were contagious. He turned what I thought was a daunting issue into a great experience for me. His vast knowledge of real estate comes from years of experience in Austin, San Antonio and many other Texas markets. I even saw him answering questions and giving advice to other realtors when I stopped by his brokerage office one day. Yes! He owns and manages his own brokerage. Yet he still had time and energy to manage his business and help me out as well. The guy made my head spin. His knowledge and no-nonsense approach was exactly what I wanted and needed, and it put my mind at ease knowing he was in charge of this deal. He answered all of my questions, even when I thought they might be dumb. He never made me feel like a noob, even when I asked a lot of questions. No really. A lot! Juston knew I was in a financial crunch when I confided as much, and came up with creative solutions to issues that were not really his problem to solve. It was his compassion and understanding of my situation that really set Juston apart for me. He managed to help with a simple solution and without compromising my real estate deal. There are a lot of realtors out there. But good character is something you dont always find. Justons expertise reassured me at every twist and turn and got me the best deal possible for my two properties. He was extremely patient with me. Even when I could be a bit much. Juston is straight-foward and not a yes man. He provides you with the information you need to make your decision and offers advice based on the facts, which was very refreshing and reassuring for me. I highly recommend Juston from Texas Ally as your broker. When I switched from Keller Williams to texas ally I did it for financial reasons and knew I’d be giving up a lot. I was so absolutely wrong! I feel like I have an even better team than before and best of all, I have a broker I can actually talk to and ask questions. It has been way better! I’m specifically writing this review because I just had a deal where things went sideway and I called Juston for advice and he actually stepped in and helped me save the deal! Just closed yesterday thanks to him so I just couldn’t ever think of anywhere else I’d want to work.

Maaz Kazmi is the best! “ aka Super Realtor “ We worked with him to sell our home, and we couldnt have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first few days the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Maazs incredible work. Maaz brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Their social media team is top notch and cant be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with serious buyer. Maaz was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). He was so responsive and was the sweetest person. We had a great experience! I now consider Maaz a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. ( buying & Selling )
