We listed our lake house on Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals with Tess Henry in 2020 during the initial stages of the COVID pandemic when the market froze, and it was under contract within a month. Other houses around us listed with other realtors had been on the market for many months with occasional showings but no sales. Tess did a SUPERB job of assessing the market, pricing the property at a fair market value, staging the home, generating excitement with other realtors, and marketing and showing our home in a professional manner while maintaining a safe COVID process for us and the buyers.
