    Terri was the best realtor we could have asked for. My husbands parents had to be moved to an assisted living home and their house had to be sold. Terri provided us with names of estate sale companies and was there with us when we met them to discuss our needs. She got the house listed quickly, with beautiful photos of the house and even a video of the property. Within two days of the listing, Terri had an offer on the house. Although that offer fell through, she had faith and was confident we would get more offers. Less than a week later another offer came that we accepted, all before the estate sale had happened. Not only is Terri a very good realtor, she is a very kind and generous person. After the estate sale was final, there was still a small amount of unwanted items that needed to be hauled away and Terri took care of it for us. I consider Terri more as a friend, than a realtor.

    Terri Marsh has been helping us find a home here in Texas near our daughter since March! We have pestered her relentlessly about different properties over these months as we moved from Virginia. Each and every time we have contact she is a positive light of support and caring to help us find the right home. After viewing many, many homes during which time she was so very patient with us, we found the right one!     We loooooved working with Terri. At first, we didnt want to work with a realtor and have to pay their fees for selling our land lot, we though we can do it ourself, but to my surprise Terri was able to get ever more than what we want. I will have never imagine, in my wildest dream, selling the lot for the price she obtained us.She made the process so easy and help us with every step of the way. If we ask her a question she will respond very quickly.Despite some challenges with the buyer, Terri was still updating us regularly and reassure us that the deal will be successful.We felt like we were working with a friend rather than a Real Estate agent.
