Teri had us viewing homes within a couple of days and found us the perfect home within a week and a half. We just closed on a home this past week, nearly two and a half months earlier than we expected. All thanks to Teri’s diligence and professionalism.Teri, thanks for taking care of us and always being available to advise even outside working hours. Although you were working for many clients, you made us feel as if we got all of your time. Putting our home search in your hands was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. I called Mrs. Snipes to set up a date to review and look at a home that i was thinking about selling in the future. She did not hesitate to call and gave me different days and times she was availabke for the task at hand. She was on time and very attentive and professional in her looks and demeanor. A problem arose and i informed her that the house would be in litigation and did not know how long it would take. She understood and wished us well in court. Didnt ask for anything, did not get upset...was just respectful and professional about our situation. I would recommend her...and do...to anyone looking for a quality realtor.
