My husband and I worked with Teresa from the seller’s side. She is an experienced realtor, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough on both sides of the transaction. Her communication skills are awesome. Teresa is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her to buyers or sellers.

If you want a thorough, professional, effective Realtor, who is also considerate and conscientious, and willing to go above and beyond with great service, Teresa Burt is the Realtor I’d recommend. Our experience with her included a late night trip by our house to check on things after a tornado ripped through our neighborhood, several trips back out to the house to check on lights and locks after other realtors had shown the property, and the willingness to just keep waiting with us until the perfect buyer came along for our unusual property. And when the last item we moved wouldn’t fit in my car, she literally picked it up in her truck and stored it until I could get back for it. When I say above and beyond, I mean it. To find coupled with that attitude Teresa’s high level of professionalism and degree of real estate knowledge is rare indeed. You won’t be disappointed with Teresa Burt.

Teresa Burt is one of the nicest and most professional realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with and 10/10 will work with her again if we ever purchase another property!! She is a women of faith and Virtue and the fruit of the spirit is evident. She definitely doesn’t like to quit and she communicated with us very well the entire time it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t owner first house if you’re reading these reviews I’m wondering if you should go with her 100% yes
