Derek is simply the best. Buying or selling a home can be a daunting and time consuming task. Derek takes as much of the stress out of the process as possible. He has helped me look at over a dozen homes, and was critical in the purchase of my new home we bought in April. He’s patient but honest, professional and likable, and he truly goes above and beyond.I can’t think of a time where I couldn’t get ahold of him when I had important questions or concerns. He even helped my brother and sister in law sell and find a new home and they couldn’t have been more happy. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I will be using Derek for all my real estate needs in the future. If you pick him, you won’t just be getting an absolutely incredible agent, you’ll most likely be gaining a friend as well. Working with Derek and Melissa has been wonderful. Derek showed us several properties never pressing us to settle for anything less than we were hoping to find. In fact on occasion he would ask if we could really live with something like a neighbors dog that could turn into an irritation. Never pushy, always patient. Can’t imagine working with anyone else.

We bought a new build home in July using the preferred lenders of the builders due to some financial incentives. We soon found out why they were providing financial incentives to use these lenders after enduring six weeks of high stress prior to closing! Without Derek and Melissa in our corner, I’m not sure we would have made it through this process. From the beginning to the end, they provided immediate support and were extremely responsive and knowledgeable with all our questions, concerns, and mini crises that occurred along the way. From finding the right house, to walking us through the contract and financing phase, and then closing up the deal assisting with the walk throughs with the builders, they held our hand every step of the way.
