We just closed on our house on 4/3/23. We were a second time home buyer, but we have used two other realtors in the past house hunting. Tara was hands down the best we ever had. She listened to our needs and was NOT pushy! She was extremely flexible with her time to meet our needs. We had such an effortless process that the closing day snuck up on us. Outside of “Realtor Tara”, she is an amazing person. We connected as women, moms, and veterans’ wives, and lovers of Louisiana food. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to say something about my experience. I will definitely use her again when my parents are ready to move.

As first time homebuyers Tara was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns, even at 6am or 10pm. Our offer on our first house was accepted because of her prompt attention to details and quick contract writing. Tara helped us purchase a house in the DFW area in October 2021. While we werent in the peak season, it was still a wild time and Tara was a huge help getting us through it. From the very beginning, she was an excellent communicator. We felt we could always reach her and she was always patient with the flurries of questions we had. We were also moving in from outside the metroplex and on one occasion when we couldnt make it up, Tara did a FaceTime walkthrough with us so we could check out a house of interest. I really appreciated Taras passion, her upbeat and pleasant demeanor, her organization, and her excellent communication. I never worried over whether things were submitted on time or whether a showing would happen. I could always count on her for the little details and I am so happy with the house we ended up in. For a wild time in the real estate market, we had a smooth ride with Tara and I highly recommend her.

Tara is literally the best in the business. She knows every component of buying and selling and treats all clients equally and fairly. We knew we could reach out at any time with questions and never felt silly for asking. She explained every step in detail so we never had to wonder about things and got a great offer on our home in days/had a contingency offer accepted! Highly advise using Tara for any buy/sell in DFW!

She helped us navigate the crazy days following where we had to do ALL the things to get ready for closing.She’s knowledgeable of the market as well as all of the different areas of the home buying process. She had great recommendations throughout the process and was helpful with the thousands of decisions that came with buying a home. I 1000% recommend her.
