Tanya is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community. Such a pleasure to work with Tanya! She’s definitely the best in the industry. If your looking to get well over your asking price, she’s the one to do it. She made my experience one that I’ll never forget. She also helped one of my fellow NCOs who was confused on the VA loan homeowner process. She was an expert in walking him through the process, step by step. Now he has an amazing home thanks to her. My commander is now working with her on selling his home to purchase a new one. Words can not describe how incredible of a realtor Tanya was throughout our entire home buying experience. This was our first time buying a home and it went smoother than we could have ever expected. Tanya’s expertise and professionalism was on full display during our home searching adventure! We never felt pressured or ignored when it came to communicating with Tanya. My mother reached out to Tanya after having dealt with a realtor from Century 21 who didn’t show much interest in helping once my mother stated that she wanted to sell her home “as is”. Tanya was more than happy to help my mother achieve her goal. She stepped up and helped get the little things done in order to have the house ready for showing. She focused on the strongpoints of the home and was able to sell my mother’s home for more than the other realtor was willing to list it for. She was very hospitable and pleasant to work with during the entire process. Her communication skills are impeccable. I highly recommend Tanya as your real estate agent.
