As a transplant back to the great state of Texas, our family was overwhelmed with the chore of finding a new home. Tanya was more than a Realtor, she was an efficient and compassionate Project Manager. Of the many, many details in getting an entire family and career transferred to a new city, the least of our concerns was the process of acquiring a new home. Tanya was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Before I arrived in the area she walked through houses with my wife and I on video chat so we could narrow our list down before we arrived in the area. Once I arrived in the area she took time out of her busy schedule to welcome me and show me around the area. Upon closing, Tanya recommended multiple contractors for repairs and improvements to the house and all of them have been just as amazing as she is. Tanya is tenacious in her dealing with other agents and contractors; I always knew she had my best interest in mind when dealing with the selling agent and others. I highly recommend Tanya to anyone looking to buy a house in the San Antonio area; she will not only provide knowledge and expertise but will also make you feel welcome and comfortable in all matters.
