    First, I’m from Cali, so getting someone to help (as well as TRUST) me find a home in Texas, I knew was going to be a challenge. However, after connecting with Tanija, she def made the process easy & non-stressful. Thank God! She def listens to you when it comes to choosing the perfect home for yourself. And not to mention the walk through of the home…Ms. Tanija did her thing in spotting discrepancies that I did not see! That was a HUGE help!     My process started in May and when I tell you Tanija was there every step of the way no matter how frustrated I became she always gave me positive words and encouragement no matter how often I called she was there she was a great realtor and one of my first realtors and I love the house that Im in she made the process smooth even though it was long but worth the wait I truly thank her for everything
