I want to address some things Prior, during and after using Tammy Broyles as my realtor. I had searched several months looking for the right piece of property to build. Being 21 years old my budget wasn’t outrageous as if i was a 30-40 year adult that saved my whole life. I used 2 different realtors that never had to meet me out at property and use their time and money to showcase land, i solely used them for information on property as a buyer could not get on their own, as far as restrictions, terms and other info etc… after my first 2 months of looking my first realtor showed me he had no interest in helping me look any farther into land, so then i used a friend of mine to look for land and that lasted about 3 months before the continued to tell me she had higher priced properties she was focused on and didn’t have time to assist me any more. When i found my property i recently closed on with Tammy, from day 1 she jump out of her seat to help me knowing her commissions were not going to be that of the same of a 200,000 or 300,000$ property. She contacted me almost everyday about each step i needed to take as far as submitting an offer and the steps after that to close. Being 21 i didn’t know know much other than i wanted to buy this place . If i have to refer anyone to buy a home, land, property etc. using a realtor my go to will be Tammy Broyles with East Texas Real Estate (The Daniels group). Beyond happy with my turn out on closing. Thank you Tammy so much !
