Then he goes a step further to have additional guides for top apartments in those specific neighborhoods. He literally has done the work for you.3. The spreadsheet. After your chat with Alex, him and his team compiles a list of apartments he thinks youll like. It includes every detail you will need: space, flooring, unit # everything.4. Youtube. Again Alex literally does the work for you. The website of the apartment may not have virtual tours...guess who has it most likely? I had an idea of what neighborhood I wanted to live in, and Alex respected my budget, and parameters.
