We were moving from out of state and would be split across the country during the time to close. Syl worked with my wife and I to narrow our search and helped us through a marathon of showing in a compressed time table. He went to our inspection on our behalf, completed all the final walk through, and sent all the requested pictures and videos with ease. I always knew that home buying was a long process, however, Syl made it simple and very intimate. His consistent communication was the key factor for me. I had a million questions and he made sure to answer all of them. Lastly, at closing he gifted my family and I with a custom door mat that still sits there today.
