She’s a hustler. Will do whatever is needed to get the job done. What’s good for you is what’s good for her. Negotiated well on my behalf. Closed a large business property deal for me despite many setbacks and pitfalls. If you’re doing the normal house thing, it’ll be a piece of cake for her. Walk in the park is the term that comes to mind.
