Tim or Tien, as I know him, is the best. I used Tim for my mortgage and he went the extra mile, every day till the house was closed and I was happy with the rate. We were loosing hope in being able to purchase a home! Until we found,Tim or better yet he found us! He was excellent during the whole process! Always answering our questions. He found something that was way cheaper than what we were looking for. Even was able to negotiate a lower price! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient!
