I worked with Steven on the purchase of a new home. He did a great job and was extremely responsive and proactive.He was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a short time frame since I needed to move fast, and quickly learn the area. In the end I went with new construction, and Steven was INSTRUMENTAL in the purchasing process and the blue tape walkthrough. He was picking out things for the builder to address that I would have totally missed!He kept me on point throughout the process of getting approved, and through closing. He was constantly following up with me to make sure we were moving forward steadily and I cannot recommend him enough!

10/10 would recommend! My fiancé and I admittedly got in a little over our heads when it came to purchasing our first home. We had a whole lot of gumption and uh…little to no actual knowledge regarding the home buying process. Steven was the penultimate professional, and always made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. Breaking things down and explaining to us what things meant without making us feel inadequate. I cannot say enough about this man’s patience! More than that, Steven never made us feel like we were just another set of clients to him. He genuinely cared to make sure we were getting not only what we wanted, but what made sense for our little family now and in the future. I’ve already told everyone I know that he’s who I’d recommend when they’re ready to look at real estate, but if you’re just browsing around for realtors online let me tell YOU, you’ve found your guy!

I had been searching for a small home for my dogs and i, was having 0 luck on my own. I reached out to Steven and told him what i was looking for and he found the perfect place for us! He took the time to listen to what i was wanting, location etc.. He genuinely cared and took the time to search for a place that was just perfect! Definitely will recommend to friends in search of a home.
