Steve is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable of the real estate market on the costal bend area of Texas. I would highly recommend Steve for you real estate needs. As an out of town buyer he would go the extra mile to check on properties prior to us arriving to C.C. so not to spend time looking at undesirable property. Steve made our realastate buying experience easy and with little worries as he would contact us by text, emails and phone calls depending on the level of urgency. I would highly recommend Steve as a realtor you can trust and count on.

Steven was excellent to work with. He is detail oriented and does a great job narrowing in on wants and needs. We purchased from out of town and Steven had the showing organized and efficient. He would FaceTime us to give us an early look too. During the closing process Steven kept us organized and assured we were satisfied through our. He has great local resources to help. I played point guard in basketball and he was truly our realtor point guard. Will refer him to anyone looking to move in the Coastal Bend area. Thanks Steven!

Steve was wonderful. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him right away. I was stressed about buying a house being a single mom. My budget was not as large compared to other clients but he reassured me that we would find something right for us in our price range. He helped me get in contact with an amazing lender. My previous lender did not deliver the best experience and I was so thankful when I switched. I would of had to settle for house that was 20,000 less but because of Steves insight and the new lender I was able to get approved for more. Another great perk with working with Steve is that he would have the lender run the numbers so I knew exactly what my payment was going to be with the houses I was interested in. This helped me make a more educated decision and minimized the stress of buying a home. In this crazy market we had to move quickly and he exceeded my expectations. He would show me the properties that I wanted to see within a day usually. My house I bought from him was on the market for a matter of minutes before he got a showing for me. There were multiple of people interested behind me but since we put in an offer first, I got the house! He never pressured me into anything and was very educated on all aspects of home buying. He showed me the same properties multiple times so I could be certain about my decision and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. He cared about our needs such as a certain size room for my son and my dog having a yard to play in. Upon closing he made sure I had all the resources I needed to fix anything that was wrong in the inspection report. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will not use any other realtor in the future!
