Steve Garza is an excellent realtor! His knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and easy to understand for us. Steve was very easy to work with and extremely responsive to texts, calls and emails at all hours of the day. He walked us through all the steps of selling our home and helped take care of even the little details needed to finalize the deal, for example and collected the necessary documents on our home (HOA file and home survey). I admire his compassion and willingness to listen to our needs when it came to selling our home. Steve gave great advice to make sure our offer stood out and we were able to sell our home quickly. We felt that he cared about making sure we were satisfied with the deal. I highly recommend Steve as a realtor because he truly cares about his clients and treats them like family.

Mr Steven Garzar is a wonderful RE Agent who is very professional and polite with great customer services. My wife and I are very grateful to have Steve who went above and beyond his customer services in order to find the perfect home for us in one weekend given the fact that we are trying to move from California to San Antonio, TX and we had only one weekend (Sat & Sunday) to view the properties that Steve had pre-viewed for us the week before and due to his great efforts that resulted in our first and successful offer that won sellers acceptance the following Monday. In order to achieve this kind of success, Steve worked with us many days and late nights two months before when we emailed him our long list of all properties that we were interested to view and due to the hot real estate markets that is going on in San Antonio where properties were changing hands so fast that Steve had to constantly updated our interested properties list on a daily basis in order to give us the accurate and timely of properties that are still available on the market.
