Steve Urbantke was the most capable real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He expedited and handled every detail from estate sale, to property promotion, and title search. Of most importance was finding a qualified buyer pre-market. Large property sold almost without any time on market. His advice and market knowledge were superior. Recommend for any sale or purchase, particularly for upscale real estate.
