We used Steve to buy and sell a house. He was very responsive anytime we had questions. He was very helpful with recommendations of things that needed attention before selling the house. When we had a leak in our old house after moving the washer a day before close, Steve had a plumber out there right away to fix it. I would recommend Steve!

We met Steve at an open house and his friendly approach impressed us immediately. Steve helped us very much find our first home in a good neighborhood. Although we did have limited knowledge of the house market, since Steve is very knowledgeable, he guided us in every step of the home-buying process. He handled the job very diligently and in a very timely manner, as it was very hard to buy a house in a hot market. His efforts exceeded realtor duties and extended to coordinating all the parties involved. His ease of communication, noticing the pros and cons of the properties that cannot be seen easily, taking care of and handling all the details in the process are definitely his strengths. We do recommend him with confidence and if we are to buy or sell any property in the future, we will certainly work with him. We really appreciate his efforts. We learned so much from him about the houses and neighborhoods that we believe we not only have a new house but also a trustworthy friend.

Steve was the BEST! Our entire family would HIGHLY recommend him!! If you want to see properties quick and (with the way the housing market is you most likely do) then he is the man to call!! He is super personal and point out things to us about properties before we were even able to notice them!! Great Guy!!
