    We absolutely loved working with Patricia. We could tell she was sincere about finding us more than a house, but a place to call home. She streamlined the entire process for us. She knew what we wanted and she found us the perfect home. Before we ever saw the listing anywhere else, we had already toured the house, made an offer, and had our offer accepted. The listing update came through on my end as a “pending under contract” before anyone else even had an opportunity to go tour it. The team she has is on top of what’s next. She recommended a lender who was kind enough to roll out of bed to accommodate us because of who she is. She is reliable and trustworthy. She is kind but she can negotiate. You really get a sense that she works for you and isn’t in it specifically for a check. She’s firm but not pushy. She knew what number we had to come in at to get the house under contract. They canceled their first open house weekend for the property after our offer. She was more than generous with her time, patience, and her sweet and thoughtful gifts.     I’m so grateful for finding Cecilia Whitley. My mother-in-law sadly passed away from Covid. On top of grieving her death, my husband had to sell her home from out of state. He was unable to go down and clear out her home due to Covid. Cecilia graciously stepped in and facilitated in moving out her belongings, hiring a cleaning crew, and shipping out multiple boxes of his mother’s memorabilia to my husband.I can’t say this enough, but Cecilia and her team went above and beyond.
