Our situation was a bit unique and was always going to require great communication from the beginning. For me it was pretty amazing to be able to help family, whom both recently turned 90, navigate the purchase of a new home in a new part of Texas. Stephanie was critical in making that a success. Beyond just being a sweetheart, her responses on everything were lightning quick. So often this is a stressor in any customer service these days, and it wasnt for us. Also, Ive personally done several real estate transactions and am very familiar with the process but time and time again, I found Stephanie being incredibly proactive and thinking of the next steps well ahead of me.
