    I wanted to take the time and write this review for others to experience the level of professionalism, loyalty and commitment that Stephanie has shown us throughout our buying process.     From the beginning to the end of the process of buying my first house - Stephanie was completely AMAZING. Not to mention thorough and honest, but such a pleasure to work with in general. I am not usually a review writer, but I had to post on my experience with her as my realtor.I relocated from Miami to Texas, and received first hand, tell it-like-it-is professionalism from her from the get go. Having experience at managing my fathers rental properties in Dallas, I know it’s difficult to move and to find the perfect home for you. Not to mention, it can sometimes turn into the biggest headache in the world the whole way.To say the least, Stephanie made my husband and I feel comfortable to ask any question and to know we were going to get a straight answer. Always. And coming from Miami, this is a rare quality in a realtor.I would recommend her and will be recommending her to any of my friends and family looking for a smooth moving process with a one of a kind realtor !!     We are so happy with all the help Stephanie was throughout our selling process. I can’t imagine doing it with out her.     My sister and I owned 3 acres by Canyon lake. I got a call from a buyer who wanted to purchase the land directly without a realtor. Unfortunately neither one of us knew the procedures. I contacted Stephanie and she came to the rescue. Fairly representing all three of us. My sister, myself and the buyer. She was very responsive and kept us informed throughout the sale. I recommend Stephanie for her honesty, her professionalism and for her diligence in getting the sale done as quickly as possible.

    Stephanie and John were great! They responded the same day we called, scheduled time to get to know us and discuss what we were looking for. When we did get together she gave us a detailed book of properties we were going to look at, had done a reconnaissance of all properties the day before, and took us on a well-planned tour of each. The whole experience was easy and we enjoyed ourselves greatly. The bonus- We found the land we were looking for! Thank you Stephanie and John!     Stephanie de Tournillon was a GOD SEND in my home buying process. I had never bought a home before and I was a bit new, and admittedly overwhelmed, with the process but I couldn’t have selected a better realtor to help me. Stephanie guided me through every step of the way, made sure I was getting the very best deal possible and protected my interests all the way until closing. She has a sharp eye for the best homes available in the San Antonio area, knows how to negotiate like an absolute pro and helped me secure the house that I’d always dreamed of. Throughout the entire process, Stephanie was readily available to answer my many texts and calls and always kept me calm even when the process was becoming stressful and difficult. Home buying can be intimidating and overwhelming but with Stephanie by my side, I felt secure in the process and knew the right person was representing me. She is a consummate professional and will work her tail off until the job is done. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past and no one has come close to her level of service. I would recommend her a thousand times over.
