Working with Stacia was an extraordinary experience. I was going through a tough time in my life. Searching for a new home for my sons and I, was a big step and very hard. Stacia was patient with me and made my search easy. She was very responsive and made herself available for any questions or concerns I had. She helped me relax and feel comfortable by; updating my profile daily, checking on the availability, removing homes that were no longer on the market and being prompt at showings. I appreciated this so much because time was of the essences. Her smile is contagious and I appreciated every moment!!

Even though I was working on a short timeline and the market was very tough to find a place, she was super responsive, professional, and always did whatever she could to help. She went the extra mile by giving me a personal video tour to show a unit on short notice while I was out of town. She made my out-of-town move so much easier and always keeps a warm, positive attitude making her a pleasure to work with.

We engaged her thinking we were maybe going to buy a house, just wanted to explore the process... and in what felt like no time at all, we were moved into our new house! She was so knowledgeable, so helpful, and bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Definitely lean on her for referrals for any kind of service you need along the way as well - I regret not utilizing those more!! Shes truly one of a kind, and youll be in great hands.
